Canines Have Crowns was founded by dog lover Caroline Surratt, Miss Flint River’s Teen. Caroline’s love of animals started at a young age. Diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, and OCD, Caroline has always had a special connection with animals. Now a middle school student, titleholder in the Miss America Teen organization, and passionate advocate for rescue dogs, Caroline is excited to expand her platform to bring awareness and help to dog rescues across Georgia.
